Vehicle Acquisition Summary Report - Comparison Tab

The following fields are available on the Comparison Criteria panel.

From Previous Date: Enter the beginning date in a range of dates previous to the current date range entered in the From Current Date field and the To Current Date field. When this field is accessed, a calendar displays, where a date can be selected. The date range cannot exceed 92 days.

Note - The beginning date in a date range immediately preceding and matching the current date range in length is automatically entered, but can be changed.

To Current Date: Enter the ending date in a range of dates following the previous date range entered in the From Previous Date field and the To Previous Date field. When this field is accessed, a calendar displays, where a date can be selected. The date range cannot exceed 92 days.

Note - The ending date in the range of dates for which the report was originally requested in the Report Criteria panel displays, but can be changed.

The following columns are available in the Interaction and Transactions Results panel.

Interaction and Transactions Results: The following information about vehicle acquisitions displays in this column.

Previous Range: The corresponding interaction result for the previous date range displays.

Current Range: The corresponding interaction result for the current date range displays.

% Change: The difference between results for the current and previous date ranges displays as a percentage. If the value for the current date range is larger, the percentage is positive. If the value for the previous date range is larger, the percentage is negative and displays in red text.

Customer Type: The type of customers displays.

The following types of customers can display.

• Service Acquisition Customers. These customers have service history but no previous history selling vehicles to the dealership prior to the report time frame.

• Repeat Acquisition Customers. These customers have history selling vehicles to the dealership prior to the report time frame.

• Other Acquisition Customers. These customers have no previous service history or history selling vehicles to the dealership prior to the report time frame.

Total Acquisition Matches: (Link) The number of vehicles acquired from XtreamService leads during each date range for the corresponding customer type displays. Click this link to display the Detailed Results window, where details of the acquisitions can be reviewed.

% Change: The difference between results for the current and previous date ranges displays as a percentage. If the value for the current date range is larger, the percentage is positive. If the value for the previous date range is larger, the percentage is negative and displays in red text.

The following columns are available in the Acquisition Type panel.

Acquisition Type: The type of deal, such as Trade-In, displays.

Total Acquisition Matches: (Link) The number of vehicles acquired from XtreamService leads during each date range for the corresponding acquisition type displays. Click this link to display the Detailed Results window, where details of the acquisitions can be reviewed.

% Change: The difference between results for the current and previous date ranges displays as a percentage. If the value for the current date range is larger, the percentage is positive. If the value for the previous date range is larger, the percentage is negative and displays in red text.

The following columns are available in the Interaction Type panel.

Interaction Type: The type of customer interaction associated with the vehicle acquisition displays. Customer interactions occur when employees communicate with customers, such as during service appointments or sales campaigns.

Total Interactions Sent: The number of corresponding customer interactions during each date range displays.

Total Acquisition Matches: (Link) The number of vehicles acquired from XtreamService leads during each date range for the corresponding interaction type displays. Click this link to display the Detailed Results window, where details of the acquisitions can be reviewed.

% Change: The difference between results for the current and previous date ranges displays as a percentage. If the value for the current date range is larger, the percentage is positive. If the value for the previous date range is larger, the percentage is negative and displays in red text.

The following columns are available in the Top 5 Acquired Vehicle Models panel.

Top 5 Vehicle Models Sold: The category of vehicle acquired, such as Used displays.

Previous Range: The five vehicle models acquired most often during the previous date range for the corresponding vehicle category display.

Current Range: The five vehicle models acquired most often during the current date range for the corresponding vehicle category display.
